Educational and memorial purpose
Tayba documents the Tayyibat method of the late Dr. Diaa Al-Awadi for educational and memorial purposes only. Nothing on this site or in the app is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment, or a recommendation to follow the method.
No doctor–patient relationship
Using this site or app creates no doctor–patient relationship with anyone. The site's authors are not physicians and do not answer health questions.
Scientific status of the method
The Tayyibat method has not been validated by peer-reviewed clinical trials. The Egyptian Medical Syndicate removed Dr. Al-Awadi from the medical register in 2026, stating the system “is not based on scientific evidence or approved clinical trials.” Egyptian press reports documented families alleging harm linked to the diet. We document the method; we do not endorse it.
Medication — the bright line
The method's source lists discourage medication, including antibiotics and blood-pressure and diabetes treatments. This is the method's most criticised and most dangerous claim. Never stop, reduce or delay any prescribed treatment because of anything you read here. If this site had only one sentence, it would be that one.
If you have a medical condition
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, diabetic, hypertensive, a kidney patient, a child or the parent of one, elderly, underweight, or have any history of eating disorders — do not follow this method without direct medical supervision. The method's own documentation excludes several of these groups.
Limitation of liability
The information here is compiled from public sources, with care but without warranty of completeness or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site's authors accept no liability for any loss or harm arising from use of this site, the app, or the method they document.
