This site is static and shows no advertising. To see how many people visit, it uses Cloudflare's privacy-first Web Analytics — measured without cookies, without collecting personal data, and without following you across other sites.

We set no advertising or tracking cookies and build no profiles. The only third-party request the site makes is that lightweight, anonymous analytics beacon.

The app works fully on your own device with no account, and you can keep using it as a guest forever. If you choose to sign in with Google, an account is created so you can share a pantry and meal log with family — that shared data syncs to the cloud (Google Firebase). Your private wellness journal always stays private to you.
