Tayyibat Allowed Foods: The Complete List

The 89 foods the method classifies as wholesome (الطيبات), exactly as the canonical list orders them — in four frequency tiers, with the preparation conditions that matter (peeled fruit, two-stage beef, juice-only citrus). Entries where the reference sites disagree are flagged honestly.

The method assigns each allowed food a frequency: daily without limit, daily in normal amounts, two-to-three times a week, or occasionally.

    Allowed only peeled, deseeded and cooked; raw is excluded.

    sehtin.com states the peeled-deseeded-cooked exception; the canonical list implies raw tomato is excluded without spelling out the cooked exception.
